You know, I think one thing that’strue across LGBT and other diverse segmentsis I think people gain more empathy growing upwhen you are the subordinated groupfor the majority of your upbringing or your lifetime.And so understanding what it feelslike to be not in the dominant groupand having empathy and tracking, because Iused to pay attention a lot to people’s emotions in the room. And what I have found through the yearsis a lot of times there are LGBT folks whoare not out at higher levels.And that’s a real shame, because they’re missing an opportunity.And you know, other diverse groups aren’t as supportive one to another.And that’s a shame, because that’swhere we can really have a voice and be able to haveconversations differently (View Highlight)
